2025 Keener Sessions:

Session 1: (June 22 – July 12, 2025) – $1,395 CAD/week
Session 2: (July 13 – August 2) – $1,595 CAD/week
Session 3: (August 3 – 25) – $1,395 CAD/week

Who Can and Should Become a Keener:

For those who are unfamiliar with the Keener Program, this is Ottawa Kayak School’s top “youth development through kayaking” focusing on graduating fine young men and women all while producing world-class paddlers!

Keeners are young people between the ages of 12 and 17 who are “keen” about kayaking and have a positive attitude about life. Younger paddlers (ages 12 and 13) are welcome provided they are mature and can kayak. A strong whitewater kayak roll is required.

Please keep in mind Keeners is not a traditional summer camp. Its sole purpose is youth development through high-performance kayaking.
