The construction of the Chenaux Dam downstream flooded many of the Lower River rapids. However, it did not destroy the beauty of this part of the river. It’s perfect water for a sea kayaking tour.
Also known as a touring kayak, these sleek crafts are fast but stable. Offering both single and double kayaks this is the perfect adventure for the family.
Not only do you have fun paddling but your guide is knowledgeable about the history and wildlife of this part of the river.
Note that children 5-10 years will need to ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.
The fun has only just begun once you return to the resort.
Take advantage of the beachfront and sports courts to fill out the rest of your day with fun!
