Mountain Biking at Wilderness Tours has grown over the last few years into a full fledged bike park right on site. With gravity trails, xc and an ever growing skills park you do not want to leave your bike at home. If you do, not to worries, we have a full rental fleet of both full suspension and hard tails.

Overview

Wilderness Tours Mountain Bike Park is located right on the Wilderness Tours Resort.  The ever expanding trail network boasts 20 km of gravity and xc style trails. Our trails are machine and hand built by our dedicated trial team. Whether you are looking to put some fun cross country km’s on your bike or looking to go full send, we have the trails for your desired level of adventure.

Already a guest at Wilderness Tours? No problems, all trail use is FREE with any stay-over packages or as part of our day trips.

We do have resort day packages available which includes lunch, gives you access to all of the resort amenities (including water-front inflatable park) as well as the bike trails starting at just $44 per person.

Our Trail Partner

Wilderness Tours mountain biking program also has access to BORCA mountain bike trail network within 5 minutes of our main resort. Alternatively, for the adventurous types you can connect almost 60 km of trails without ever using a shuttle. Many of our guests choose to use Wilderness Tours as a landing spot as they go explore this network of mountain biking trails.

Trails

Our Trail Team has been working tirelessly on our new trail network on site.  We continue to add more trail options on a monthly basis.  Trail Forks is our online map.  All of our main trails have trail video previews as well on trail forks.

Rentals

Don’t have a bike or didn’t travel with one? Rent one of our Norco Fluid hard tail or full suspension bikes.  Please check in at the main reception office before heading to rental location at main pavilion.

Memberships

If you live in the area and are planning on riding all season long, a season pass membership is the way to go. 

2025 Rates

$100/adult and $30/child for the year.  Family max $200 for family 4+.

Staying Over

Looking for for a mini getaway and explore the  trail system in the area?  We have camping, accommodation and RV options at Wilderness Tours.  When you are on site your bike park pass is always included in our resort access fees. (resort access fees gains access to water park, beachfront equipment etc)

Accommodation Options

The Cottage Main is one of our 4 season units, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and with a kitchenette.  It  sleeps up to 8 people.  Need more space add the Cottage Loft and you get an accommodation unit that sleeps 12.

London House.  This home is rentable as one whole unit or in 3 separate sections depending on group size.

Manor Main is our largest until that sleeps a maximum of 12 people when you book both sections.

 

Camping Options

Looking to camp? We have two options for biking and camping.  

Riverside Camping is located right on the water’s edge at the end of Air Bud. This camping location has potable water as well as washroom services.

Paddler’s Haven Camping is located right next to the skills area at the top of the bike park.   This is also at the entrance of the the kessel run river runner section.  

RV Options

Have an RV or Van? Yes, we an accommodate you.

Paddler’s Meadow with hook ups and Haven RV Sites with out hookups are located just a few cranks from a trail head. Centrally located next to the skills area at the top of the bike park.   This is also at the entrance of the the kessel run river runner section.  

Food and Drink

Nothing works up a thirst and appetite like a good ride.  The “Rafter’s Restaurant” at the main pavilion is the perfect location to relax, have a locally brewed drink and eat some great food overlooking the Ottawa River. During the peak season (May Long Weekend until September Long Weekend) We have live entertainment starting at 6pm.  Please see our event calendar for full update details.

All of our waivers/participation agreements are digital.  When you purchase day passes online you will find a link on your receipt to sign our waiver digitally.  We only require one waiver per year.  If you are a repeat visitor no need to sign again.

Trails Closed

Weather permitting we’ll be open May 1st for trail use.  Please respect the trail closures until we have clean up after winter and things have dried out.
