Question: If I buy a gift certificate for someone else, do I need to reserve a date at time of purchase or can the person receiving the certificate call to book a date later?

Answer: Great question, YES that person can choose their date later. When you purchase a gift certificate you are not selecting a date yet, you are either selecting an activity or a dollar amount to be redeemed during the 2026 season. 

Question: What are the expiry conditions on the Black Friday sale?

Answer: The paid cash value of the gift certificate never expires. For example, if you spend $100 dollars buying a Cyber Week Gift Certificate, it will be worth $200 towards a rafting day trip redeemable during the 2026 season. If you use that gift certificate in 2027, it will be worth the $100 you paid at time of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

The Fine Print – Deal Policies and Limitations

Please find our important policies regarding our Cyber Week promotions.

  1. All sales are final and non-refundable.
  2. The paid value of the gift certificates never expires.
  3. Deal is only valid for FIT travelers (Free Independent Travelers) and not for travel agents or group tours
  4. The deal does expire at the end of the season, in which it was issued.
  5. Cyber Week Deals are not valid on accommodations. If you book online, your accommodation discount will be reversed before processing the final payment for your rafting portion. We apologize, but this is a limitation in our reservation system and the complex packages we offer.
  6. Discounted certificates are not valid on retail, restaurant & bar, photo/video, bike rentals, or kayak rentals.
  7. Discounts are not valid on the following specialty programs: Keener Programs, Adult Keeners, or any specialty kayak clinics, including EJ, etc.
  8. They also cannot be used in combination with any other discount or offer.
  9. Trips are transferable to other guests.
  10. Date changes must be made at least 30 days before the original booking date. Changes within 30 days of the booking will forfeit the discount – only the paid value will transfer to the new rafting date if moved within 30 days of the booking date. No transfers of date within 7 days of the rafting date.
  11. All Trips must be paid in full to receive the deal. For any online reservations, the balance owed will automatically be taken.
  12. All Cyber Weeks purchases are final, and cancellation insurance cannot be added or used with these bookings.
  13. To redeem a gift card on the Sunday of the August long weekend, the Saturday rate applies.
  14. When redeeming a gift card, it must be done so a minimum seven days in advance of the activity day.
