The number of paid guests required depends on your trip:
High Adventure or Sport Rafting: Bring 11 paid guests, and you raft free—the 12th person in your group.
Family or Low Intensity Rafting: Bring 7 paid guests, and you raft free—the 8th person in your group.

At Wilderness Tours, a short shuttle takes you to the start of your Ottawa River rafting adventure. From there, you paddle downstream back to our bayfront resort, with no return shuttle or boat tow before you can enjoy the rest of your day.
Your rafting trip includes resort access before and after your time on the river. Explore the inflatable waterpark, paddleboards, sit-on-top kayaks, sauna, hiking and mountain bike trails, sports courts, and lawn games.
Come for the rapids, then give yourself time to enjoy everything around them. With activities, dining, and overnight options together on-site, it’s easy to turn a rafting trip into a full day or a longer getaway.
Our bayfront is a place to keep adventuring, or slow down for a while. Climb and splash through the inflatable waterpark, explore by stand-up paddleboard or sit-on-top kayak, or settle into a Muskoka chair overlooking the river.
Waterfront activities and sauna access are included with your rafting resort access, giving families and friends more to enjoy before and after their trip.
You can also visit without rafting by booking a Resort Day. Bring your swimwear and leave time to explore.
Explore the Wilderness Tours Mountain Bike Park without leaving the resort. Our trail crew builds and maintains over 25 km of downhill trails, with options to suit different riding abilities.
Trail access is included for overnight guests and day-trip participants. Bring your own mountain bike or arrange a rental at an additional cost, then choose trails that match your experience.

Ottawa Kayak School at Wilderness Tours helps paddlers develop their skills on the Ottawa River, from their first strokes to advanced whitewater techniques.
Choose beginner courses, intermediate coaching, private instruction, kids’ and teens’ programs, or our three-week Keener youth development program. Access to multiple short whitewater sections gives instructors opportunities to focus on practice, feedback, and progression.

After a day on the river or trails, meet at the Poly Bar for a drink, including craft beer from Whitewater Brewing Company. Enjoy the deck, live music on scheduled evenings, and nearby bocce ball and cornhole.
