Join the premiere river experience for women.
Located an hour west of the Nation’s Capital, the Ottawa River flows through an island paradise of spectacular scenery, world class Whitewater, classic nature walks and abundant wildlife. It’s the kind of place you can come back year after year. For us, we never left, and we arrived almost 50 years ago. Where else can you raft, kayak, hike and bike on the same day? On that same day you can see deer, bear, turkey, fox and if you’re looking up and lucky, an eagle.
For decades we have been sharing our wild side but with our retreats, more of our mild side. Our women’s retreat to nature is an ideal place to relax and refresh, to try new things and experience old favourites, share with friends and take time for yourself, soak up the natural beauty and radiate it back. In short, it’s a place to explore both inner and outer landscapes and see how seamlessly they stitch together into an integrated tapestry.
We hope that you’ll come join the fun on one of our upcoming retreats on the Ottawa!
