This ten-day extensive guide course covers in-depth reading and understanding of whitewater, Swiftwater rescue training, and guiding rafts down both channels of the Ottawa River.
Analysis, practice, evening lectures, and video feedback are all part of the learning process found in our guide program.

Canada Cup is ON this August 16-17, 2025!
Two events: New for 2025, a Classic Race downriver race on the Main Channel of the Ottawa River on Saturday, August 16th, and a Freestyle Wave Surfing competition on Sunday, August 17th with an after-party featuring food and event highlights will be held at the Ottawa River Barn where the Canada Cup champions will be crowned!
Enter both events for $70 CAD or a single event for $40 CAD.
